Can I refund or exchange an item?
We want to ensure you are 100% happy with our products, therefore if you are unhappy with a product or your order for any reason, please email us at babyiloveyou@bily.com.au to discuss further. Please note under Australia Consumer Law, we are only obligated to refund or exchange items, if your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Refund or exchange will not be offered for any change of mind purchases. Therefore, please carefully read the full item description prior to committing to your purchase.

What if I receive a faulty/damaged item?
 
We are very confident that all of our products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch to ensure quality control of our products. In the event that you do receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at babyiloveyou@bily.com.au for discussion. Please ensure your email includes a description of the fault, accompanied by images of the product. If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a choice of a full refund or replacement once we have received the returned item. Faulty items must be returned in their original condition. Please note, this includes all tags attached, and the item/s must be unworn, unwashed and unstained. Baby I love you – Bily will cover the costs of return shipping for any faulty or damaged items.
